Rays Chicken Kitchen is the brick-and-mortar home to an expanded menu of fried chicken tender creations that started with the beloved Oklahoma City food truck Chef Ray’s Street Eats. Chef Ray Wilson combined decades of restaurant experience, including opening three of his own, with a love for high-quality, locally sourced ingredients to create a simple and delicious menu of fried chicken dishes. The menu’s flavors are inspired by different cuisines and chefs Chef Ray has encountered over his successful career in the kitchen, including Nashville Hot Chicken, Korean Gochujang, the Italian “Luigi” fried chicken, Chicken and Waffles, and more. At Rays Chicken Kitchen, you’ll also find new Southern-inspired sandwiches, sides, and Chef Ray’s famous Banana Pudding, all made from scratch.

Chef Ray Wilson wanted to create a food experience for every person to enjoy. His goal was to build a business based on love and enjoyment of the best kinds of food.
